Dan is a lifelong resident of Delaware and has created and directed several Customer Service Centers throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. Since entering Real Estate, the same determination and drive that came for set up’s of those organizations intensified. Dan attributes his success to this strong Customer Service Background. Purchasing a home is the most important decision you will make, Dan takes great pride in finding just the right home. His hobbies include, well, working, and of course spending time with his faithful dog, Abigail.

Joanna began her career in the corporate world working in areas such as Business Development, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Education. She began selling real estate in 2005 practicing in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Joanna offers superior service to all of her clients and has been highly focused in working with first time home buyers. Joanna resides in Newark, Delaware with her family.

A former community college instructor and associate director, Kismat began her real estate career in 2003. She’s no stranger to going more than the extra mile for clients. She speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi fluently and is licensed in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Kismat’s personal motto is “Integrity with experience.”

Pam is a Licensed Realtor, and her responsibilities include the Day to Day Operations of The Dan Logan Group. Pam's background includes assisting with set up of Call Centers, and Customer Service Operations. Prior to her Real Estate Life, Pam has worked with Dan for over 22 years. Besides putting up with Dan, and keeping him organized, her interests include her children, school , and cooking.

Amy comes to The Logan Group with four years experience in the mortgage industry.  Prior to that, she worked in the Customer Service Department at Bank of New York. Her hobbies include gardening, keeping Dan in line, and relaxing at the beach.
